Keto Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

MY, MY, MY... talk about delicious! Can't wait for you guys to try this Keto Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast! It's fabulous and so easy to make. Enjoy my friends.


  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons Sincerely Legenia All-Purpose Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


  • Preheating oven to 375 degrees

  • In a medium bowl combine the spinach, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, red pepper and salt. Mix well.

  • Using a paring knife, make a horizontal cut (make a pocket) through the chicken breast. (see YouTube video).

  • Rub olive oil all over chicken breast and add Sincerely Legenia All-Purpose seasoning all over the chicken including the inside pocket.

  • Spoon the spinach cream cheese mixture evenly into each of the chicken breast

  • Add olive oil to hot skillet and add the chicken breast.

  • Cook the chicken on both side for 1 - 2 minutes

  • Turn the burner off and place the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees
