1 1/2 pounds of salmon (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1/2 small onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 medium zucchini (cut into rounds) *see video
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Sincerely Legenia All-Purpose Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
juice of 1/2 small lemon
If using a wooden skewer stick, soak 4 - 5 skewer sticks in water for at least 30 minutes
In a large ziploc bag combine olive oil, all-purpose seasoning, red pepper flakes and lemon juice
All cut vegetables and salmon into marinate.
Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes. (If possible let it marinade for 3 hours)
Starting with the zucchini, thread the zucchini, salmon, and onion onto skewer sticks
Heat your indoor grill, add salmon skewer to the grill and cook from 8 - 10 minutes or until the salmon has become opaque in color.
