Keto Salmon Kebobs w/ Healthy Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of salmon (cut into 1 inch pieces)

  • 1/2 small onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)

  • 1 medium zucchini (cut into rounds) *see video

Marinate

Instructions

  1. If using a wooden skewer stick, soak 4 - 5 skewer sticks in water for at least 30 minutes

  2. In a large ziploc bag combine olive oil, all-purpose seasoning, red pepper flakes and lemon juice

  3. All cut vegetables and salmon into marinate.

  4. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes. (If possible let it marinade for 3 hours)

  5. Starting with the zucchini, thread the zucchini, salmon, and onion onto skewer sticks

  6. Heat your indoor grill, add salmon skewer to the grill and cook from 8 - 10 minutes or until the salmon has become opaque in color.

  7. Enjoy
