This tasty little dish is a keeper. KETO Cajun Shrimp & Cauliflower Rice w/ Cajun Cream Sauce! Delicious juicy shrimp with cajun seasonings and a fabulous cajun cream sauce to top it off. This meal is filling and will be on your table in no time at all. Only 8 .3 net carbs per serving.
1 lb. bag of medium shrimp
4 tbs. Cajun seasoning (I use my Keto Cajun Seasoning)
5 tbs. butter
16 oz bag cauliflower rice
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 oz cream cheese
Wash and season shrimp with 2 tbs. of the cajun seasoning.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a hot skillet
Cook shrimp on both sides for 3 minutes each
Remove shrimp when done and set aside.
In the same pan add 4 tbs. of butter and another drizzle of olive oil, cauliflower rice & 1 tbs. of Cajun seasoning. Cook for approx. 8 minutes or until desired tenderness.
While cauliflower rice is cooking, add whipping cream to a small saucepan along with 1 tbs. of butter, cream cheese, and the last tbs. of cajun seasoning. Let simmer until butter and cream cheese has melted about 5 - 8 minutes.
Once the cream sauce is done, remove the sauce and cauliflower rice from heat.
How to serve: Place a heaping about of cauliflower rice in a bowl, add shrimp on top, and drizzle cream sauce over the shrimp and cauliflower. Enjoy! Only 8.37 Net Carbs per serving
